Our coaching is designed to be flexible and fit into busy schedules. Employees typically spend 2-4 hours per week on workouts and wellness activities, with ongoing check-ins to ensure progress.

Yes, in most cases. We provide receipts and documentation needed for reimbursement through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
