With over 14 years in the fitness industry, Dylan has worked with over 300 clients across the U.S., helping them achieve sustainable results through personalized online coaching. As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a degree in Exercise Science, he specializes in strength training, fat loss, and improving overall movement quality.
